This carport uses H-shaped steel as the main load-bearing material. The advantages of H-shaped steel include strong structural strength and bending resistance, good mechanical properties, and easy processing. The H-shaped steel we used is the hot-rolled steel. The specifications of this type of steel are relatively fixed, large in size, and strong in load-bearing capacity. The surface treatment uses hot-dip galvanizing. The hot-dip galvanizing coating is uniform, has strong adhesion, and has a long service life. It can be fully and evenly attached to the metal surface. It is both durable and beautiful in appearance, so its processing cost is relatively high. Under normal conditions, the hot-dip galvanizing layer is not easily corroded.
This carport is designed with a high ceiling. The columns are all H-shaped steel with large spacing between the columns. A crossbar is set at the back. The height of the crossbar is 2.6m, which will not affect the entry and exit of small cars and trucks. The top is ZAM C-shaped steel, which has excellent structural strength and stability. C-shaped steel is light in weight, easy to install and transport. With ZAM steel's strong corrosion resistance, it can be used for a long time in various harsh environments.
